Miguel Duran DeJesus, 38, of the 300 block of Applecross Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 25, 2007, and was fined $810.

Jose Luis Lavaiare-Guzman, 31, of the 1000 block of E. Woodsedge Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 8, 2007, and was fined $810.

Byron David Harsey, 30, of the 100 block of Beard Place in Trenton, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 24, 2004, and was fined $810.

Peter Lynn Harrington, 45, of the 4600 block of Leeward Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 27, 2008, and was fined $810.

John Kelley Beard, 40, of the 4400 block of Peach Orchard Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Katrina Kay Stewart, 41, of the 1300 block of Overlook Road in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 15, 2008, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Steven Wallace Shore, 48, of the 400 block of Weyanoke Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2007, and was fined $810.

Kimberly Ann Trout, 21, of the 300 block of Red Oak Lane in Aiken, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 9, 2007, and was fined $810.

Sandra Robertson Worsham, 58, of the 3600 block of Lake Shore, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 6, 2008, and was fined $810.

Mischelle Byrd Cook, 41, of the 4000 block of Keene Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 16, 2008, and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.

Nemarco S. Bennett, 33, of the 1200 block of Ashmore Barden Road in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 1, 2008, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Donald Benny Carter, 51, of the 200 block of Lynbrook Way in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2007, and was fined $810.
