The speaker will be Margarett Tutt Adams, the first black chief probation officer for the Columbia County juvenile court system. AJCC benefit
Israeli jazz ensemble Seeds of Sun will perform a musical tribute in honor of the 60th anniversary of Israel at 7 p.m. today at the Augusta Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, off Furys Ferry Road. Admission is an $18 donation. Call (706) 228-3636.
