Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church, at 703 Furys Ferry Road, in Evans, will hold a black history program at 10:45 a.m. today. The speaker will be Margarett Tutt Adams, the first black chief probation officer for the Columbia County juvenile court system. Church moves

Master's Way Christian Church has moved its services to Augusta Christian Elementary School, 407 Furys Ferry Road, starting at 10 a.m. today.

AJCC benefit

Israeli jazz ensemble Seeds of Sun will perform a musical tribute in honor of the 60th anniversary of Israel at 7 p.m. today at the Augusta Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, off Furys Ferry Road. Admission is an $18 donation. Call (706) 228-3636.
