Most Columbia County basketball teams experienced a rough weekend as they head toward their region tournaments.

Greenbrier High School's girls lost to Richmond Academy 62-60. The loss was the Wolfpack's second consecutive after winning 49 regular-season games.
Coach Garrett Black's team can still earn a coin flip with Statesboro for the No. 1 seed in the Region 3-AAAA tournament if it beats Lakeside and ARC beats Statesboro to end the regular season.
"I don't even think we can do that, the way we're playing," Greenbrier coach Garrett Black said.
Harlem's girls lost on the road and Evans boys dropped a second consecutive region game.
