Mistletoe events

Mistletoe State Park, in Winfield, will hold two free workshops Saturday. A workshop on kudzu basket-making will be held at 10 a.m. at the group shelter. Black history

The Zack Pollard Club of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, on Washington Road in Evans, will present its ninth annual Black History Program at 4 p.m. Sunday at the church. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Jazz series

Columbia County's "Sounds of Jazz" concert series will continue at 7 p.m. Saturday with a performance by saxophonist Fred Williams, and Feb. 16 with Preston and Weston at the Jabez Sanford Hardin Performing Arts Center.
