State honors retiring resident engineer
B.B. Mangum, of Grovetown, has been recognized by the State Highway Department for 30 years of creditable service under the provisions of Georgia's Employees' Suggestions and Awards Program. The program is administered by the State Merit Board.
Mangum is a resident engineer for the department.
