'Regular folks' might have different view of county's mission statement

I was amused reading the article in The Augusta Chronicle on Dec. 21, about the Columbia County Commission revising their mission statement.

It is interesting how perhaps the regular folks in the County might have a different perspective. I propose the following:

Vision: We don't have one. The developers are still working on it.

Mission: Pave paradise and put up a parking lot.

Values: Whatever the developers say they are.

Pledge: Whatever the citizens want will be overruled by what the developers want. So don't bother with your letters to the editor or complaining at the county commission meetings.
