Janosch Tim Kersting, 19, of the 300 block of Forest Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 1, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Neal Lamar Lamb, 67, of the 4500 block of Hebbard Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 31, 2007, and was sentenced to 59 days in jail.

Harry Daniel Kadisch, 48, of the 3900 block of Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 24 months' probation and 24 days in jail.

Arthur Lee Organ Jr., 47, of the 5400 block of Trenburg Court in Knightdale, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 2, 2007, and was fined $810.

Ruth Ann Anderson, 26, of the 600 block of Cornerstone Place in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 29, 2007, and was fined $810.

Garry Wayne Hargis, 39, of the 2300 block of Mims Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 12, 2007, and was sentenced to 18 months' probation and fined $810.

Joyce Walk Dare, 57, of the 5000 block of Autumn Trail in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 24, 2007, and was fined $810.

Miguel Angel Velasquez-Orosco, 33, of the 100 block of Whiskey Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 25, 2007, and was fined $810.

Stephen Obie Gregg, 25, of the 3900 block of Bolk Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on June 23, 2007, and was fined $1,224.

Richard Henry Wright II, 22, of the 100 block of Morehead Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 25, 2007, and was fined $1,224.

Grace Lekisha Lockhart, 21, of the 1000 block of Colbi Lane in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 4, 2007, and was sentenced to 24 months' probation and fined $885.

Christopher Lee Davis, 22, of the 3600 block of Hereford Farm Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 11, 2007, and was sentenced to 24 months' probation and fined $810.

Amanda Jo Turner-Gustin, 40, of the 500 block of Southern Hills Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 6, 2007, and was sentenced to 18 months' probation and fined $810.

Michael Christopher Campbell, 18, of the 1500 block of Goshen Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Conner Reed Hamby, 22, of the 4300 block of Holiday Terrace in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $835.

William Dowd O'Grady IV, 21, of the 700 block of Bradberry Creek in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 5, 2007, and was sentenced to 18 months' probation and fined $1,249.

James Ronald Davis, 60, of the 500 block of Edgecliff Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 8, 2007, and was fined $810.

Yeng Seok Sohn, 48, of the 3700 block of Old Waynesboro Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on June 14, 2007, and was fined $810.
