Park program

Reed Creek Park will hold a program on creating holiday decorations with items from nature at 10 a.m. Saturday. The program is free and limited to 12 people. Today is the deadline for reservations; call (706) 210-4027.

Marine group

A new Marine Corps Motorcycle Association is forming in the Augusta area and is seeking members. The organization will support Marine Corps efforts in the Aiken-Augusta area, including Toys for Tots, the Wounded Warrior program and the Fisher House. Trees for sale

The men of Martinez United Methodist Church, 3614 Washington Road, are selling Christmas trees to benefit missions groups and area charities. Trees are available next to the church 5-9 p.m. Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Saturdays, and from noon until 9 p.m. Sundays while they last. For information, call (706) 863-6541.

Book drive
