Curtis Anthony Markey Jr., 24, of the 100 block of Kimball Avenue in Revere, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 22, 2007, and were fined $810.

Aaron Marshall Bongard, 20, of the 4000 block of Amherst Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence July 31, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $1,249.

Brandon Allen Gorse, 24, of the 5400 block of Old Washington Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 18, 2007, and was fined $810.

Melody Ann Thompson, 37, of the 800 block of Lake Royal Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 29, 2007, and was fined $810.

Forrest Lewis Houck, 64, of the 100 block of Chinock Court in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 1, 2007, and was fined $810.

Todd Anthony Robert, 26, of the 200 block of Flowing Wells Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 18 months' probation and was fined $835.

Esther Belinda Corral, 51, of the 4600 block of Oxford Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence July 22, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Don Peyton Giddens, 45, of the 600 block of Thoroughbred Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 21, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Rodney Joseph Brunner, 39, of the 600 block of Dogwood Drive in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence May 11, 2007, and was fined $810.

Van Louis Key, 27, of the 5100 block of Highway 56 North in Waynesboro, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 21, 2007, and was fined $810.

John Alva Fitzpatrick, 54, of the 500 block of Tyler Woods Court in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 16, 2007, and was fined $810.

Nicole Fouche Owens, 43, of the 600 block of Kimberly Place in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 16, 2007, and was sentenced to 18 months' probation and was fined $835.

Jeffery Lawrence Leathers, 37, of the 700 block of Graves End Court in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 26, 2007, and was fined $810.

Robert J. Danforth Jr., 41, of the 500 block of Shenandoah Drive, in Dahlonega, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 4, 2007, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

John Steven Sharpe Jr., 19, of the 700 block of Copper Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 9, 2007, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Gerald Sidney Buechler, 43, of the 4600 block of Oxford Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence April 27, 2007, and was fined $810.

David Lee Jeffers, 17, of the 300 block of McCormick Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence July 21, 2007, and was fined $810.

Robert Ashley Rickerson, 22, of the 700 block of Chamblin Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence May 16, 2007, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Alfredo Rodriguez-Aguilar, 32, of the 200 block of Sand Piper Drive in Statesboro, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 29, 2007, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Robert George Rush, 53, of the 2700 block of Oakbluff Court in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 20, 2007, and was fined $810.

Jesse Lee Vaughn, 31, of the 6100 block of Hobbs Road in Dearing, was charged with driving under the influence July 31, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $1,249.
