Baseball showcase

The Georgia Dugout Club and USA Baseball will sponsor the Georgia Underclassman Showcase for rising sophomore, junior and senior baseball players today at Lake Olmstead Stadium. Cost is $100. Registration and more information is available at georgiadugoutclub.com.

Basketball camp

The 16th annual Evans Knights Basketball Camp will be held June 25-29 at Evans High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for children 6-14 years old. Cost is $100 with lunch provided. For information, call Kevin Kenny at (706) 951-3686, (706) 863-1198 or kkenny@ccboe.net.

Softball camp

Augusta Christian's softball camp will be held June 25-28 at Dayspring Baptist Church. Fifth- to seventh-graders will attend from 9 a.m. to noon; camp for eighth- to 12th-graders will be held from 1-4 p.m. Cost is $75. For information, call coach Craig Kupitz at (706) 726-3583.

Golf clinics

Bartram Tail Golf Club will hold a series of Junior Golf Clinics during the summer months. Class sizes are limited to the first 20 paid children ages 6-18. The clinics will run July 2-5 and Aug. 6-8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost for each clinic is $150, which includes range balls, instruction, lunch, entry fee and prizes for a nine-hole tournament. Tennis/Swim camps

Petersburg Racquet Club in Martinez is offering summer tennis/swim camps each week through the end of July. Camps run Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to noon for beginner through intermediate level tennis players. All camps are run using the Progressive Court System, and recreational swimming will follow the tennis instruction and games. Aquinas camps

Aquinas High School is offering summer sports camps for pupils entering grades 5-8 for these sports:

Cheerleading Camp, June 25-28, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Volleyball Camp, July 16-20, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Soccer Camp, July 9-13, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Football (under the lights), July 25 (will be conducted by varsity football staff at no cost, 6-9 p.m.).
