With election ahead, why not ask voters to decide town center rules?
Jeri Whitworth (letter, May 13, "Outdoor display prohibition should not be 'eroded' for big-box stores") and The News-Times' editorial (May 20, "Don't budge on town center rules") get it right. If Lowe's moved here, they knew the rules then, and that's the rule now.
