Harold Thomas Barker, 44, of the 100 block of Canna Street in Barnwell, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 12, 2007, and was fined $835.

Charles Bryan Ferguson, 38, of the 300 block of Paces Ferry Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence March 27, 2007, and was fined $810.

Cary Patrick Steyer, 38, of the 4900 block of Sussex Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 25, 2007, and was fined $810.

Ronald Ivan Morgan, 26, of the 4600 block of La Pointe in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence March 2, 2007, and was fined $810.

Christopher Omar Scott, 18, of the 300 block of Padrick Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1, 2007, and was fined $810.

Eric Cordell Martin, 21, of the 2000 block of Edenton Trail in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 14, 2007, and was fined $810.

Gregory Wayne Kirby, 45, of the 1700 block of Amberly Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 17, 2007, and was fined $810.

Alejandro Valencia Garcia, 31, of the 400 block of Woodcreek Court in Roswell, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 2, 2007, and was fined $810.

Lucas Lamar Chancey, 24, of the 2000 block of Rosier Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 17, 2007, and was fined $810.

Thomas Patrick Smith, 58, of the 2000 block of Wire Road in Thomson, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence March 11, 2007, and was fined $810.

Jonathan Dane Stringfield, 20, of the 3900 block of Cheyenne Trail in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence March 3, 2007, and was sentenced to 36 months' probation and was fined $810.
