The Grovetown Department of Public Safety, in partnership with the residents of the city of Grovetown, has implemented Project Safe House. The goal of the project is to keep children and the elderly safe in their neighborhood and to establish a stronger bond within the community to ensure the safety of all citizens.

Approved individuals will become a Block Parent, and their residence will be identified with a "Smiling Daisy" sign in a front window of the home.

If you have children or elderly adults in your home, remind them that, in an emergency, any home displaying the Smiling Daisy sign is a place of safety.

If you would like more information on becoming a Block Parent, contact the Grovetown Department of Public Safety at (706) 863-1212 or any Grovetown Public Safety officer.
