Red Cross classes

The American Red Cross of Augusta will hold a baby sitter training class from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Columbia County Library in Evans. The course is for ages 11 to 15. For information, call (706) 724-8481.

Children's concert

The Augusta Children's Chorale will present its spring concert, Generations, at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sacred Heart Cultural Center in Augusta. Tickets cost $10, and are available at the Chorale office or at the door. For information, call (706) 826-4718.

Spring concert

Woodlawn United Methodist Church, on Walton Way at Milledge Road, will hold a spring concert at 7 p.m. Friday featuring the Columbia County Choral Society. The concert is free, and a reception will be held afterward.

Bird banquet

Fitness walk
