Fall Dean's List

Lauren Elser, a first year student, was named to the Dean's List for fall semester at Wesleyan College. Elser is the daughter of Fred Elser, of Martinez, and Rosemary Chandler, of Evans, and is majoring in political science and French. She is a graduate of Greenbrier High School.

Fall Dean's List

Courtney Kristine Shade, of Grovetown, has been named to the Dean's List for the fall semester at Vanderbilt University. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence T. Shade, of Grovetown.

Fraternity elects VP

David Thornton, of Martinez, has been elected vice-president of the Zeta Kappa Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Order at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. David is a 2004 graduate of Lakeside High School. He is the son of Karen Kerr Thornton, of Martinez.

Fall Dean's List

Anna Caroline Harris, of Martinez, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Phillip B. Harris, has been named to the Dean's List for the fall semester at Converse College.

Regional winner

Donovan Lowe, of Evans, has been nominated and won Regional Program of the Month at Georgia Southern University for contributing to the betterment of the campus at Olliff Hall. Lowe's name will go on the list of Regional Winners in the plaque displayed in the Kennedy Residential Education Office. He will also receive a $50 credit on his eagle express for this achievement as well as a $100 credit to his housing account. Lowe is a 2005 graduate of Lakeside High School.

President's List
