Graves Mountain, a former mine known for rare minerals, will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday-Sunday for the semiannual Rock, Swap and Dig event. The mountain is off U.S. Highway 378 between Lincolnton and Washington, Ga. For information, call (706) 359-3862.
