Robert Edward Amerson, 29, of the 6400 block of McZilkey Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 23, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Miniano Manny Felix, 38, of the 400 block of Blue Ridge Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 2, 2007, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Scott Frederick Dion, 44, of Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 2, 1992, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Mark Anthony Dalton, 49, of the 300 block of Farmington Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 17, 2007, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Guy Richard Blalock, 49, of the 5000 block of Prior Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 20, 2007, and was fined $810.

Marie Ellen Marion, 59, of the 4600 block of Brookwood Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 19, 2007, and was fined $810.

Oliver Baxter Hollands, 41, of the 3100 block of Marshall Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 25, 2007, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Eugene Hubert Gasaway, 72, of the 1000 block of Elm Drive in Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 26, 2006, and was fined $810.

Cadarius Antwian Jenkins, 19, of the 200 block of Jackson Street in Washington, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 4, 2007, and was fined $810.

Ricky L. Mathews, 50, of the 500 block of Carole Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 4, 2006, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $1,224.

William Steven Moore, 54, of the 200 block of Langston Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 1, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Marsha Lynn Wheeler, of the 200 block of Hunters Run in Edgefield, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 27, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

David Bradley Bohling Jr., 26, of the 200 block of Hillbrook Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 30, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Kennedy Lamar Hall, 18, of the 1100 block of Woodruff Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 18, 2006, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $835.

Charson Roy Anthony, 32, of the 200 block of Middleton Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 26, 2007, and was fined $810.

Russell Earlyn Greiner, 50, 4200 block of Wheeler Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on July 15, 2004, and was sentenced to 12 months probation.

Galan Silva Zeferino, 23, of the 300 block of Sixth Avenue in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 9, 2006, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Robert Willis Jacobs, 22, of the 800 block of Morris Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 7, 2003, and was fined $525.

Andrew David Stephens, 54, of the 1800 block of Fenwick Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on June 28, 2003, and was fined $996.

Earl Gordon Payne Jr., 55, of the 100 block of Morehead Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 24, 2007, and was fined $810.

Michael Douglas Layton, 48, of the 2000 block of Cobbham Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 28, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Harold Phillip Thornton, 48, of the 600 block of Dogwood Lane in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 15, 2001, and was fined $448.
