Basketball signups

The CSRA Community Sports League is holding open basketball and football registration for boys and girls of all ages. The basketball season will run from April through July and the football season will begin in August.

Umpire meetings

The Augusta Baseball Umpires Association is recruiting umpires for the 2007 high school season. Experience is a plus, but playing experience, a knowledge of the game and a desire to participate is also helpful. Classroom and on-field training will be provided. The association will meet each Sunday in February at 4 p.m. in the Westside High School Auditorium.
