Mammograms

The Breast Health Center Mobile Mammography Unit will be at the Columbia County Health Department, in Evans, on Feb. 21, April 18, June 20, Aug. 15, Oct. 10 and Dec. 12. Appointments are required. For information, call (706) 868-3330.

Aquinas dance

Aquinas High School will hold a dance for all seventh- and eighth-graders in all seven parishes and feeders schools in the Augusta area from 7-10 p.m. Saturday in the school gym. Admission costs $3. Recipe contest

Monday is the deadline for entries in the recipe contest sponsored by Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church Community Development Corp. The contest, which requires each entrant to submit a prepared dish, will begin with check-in at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 24, and the contest from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church fellowship hall, 703 Furys Ferry Road, Evans.
