Open house

Musical planned

Thee Youth Troupe of Enopion, a biblically based theater company, is seeking children ages 9-13 for its first musical, The Animals on a Gopher Boat, for rehearsals at 5 p.m. Friday at 3208 Mike Padgett Highway, in Augusta. Easter Seals event

The Easter Seals fundraising event, Gifts from the Vine, featuring wines from the Supery Vineyard of Napa Valley, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday. For more information, call (706) 667-9695.

Red Cross training

The American Red Cross of Augusta will hold a lifeguard training course from Tuesday to Feb. 2 on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Family Y on Wheeler Road.
