The CSRA Junior Tennis League for ages 8-18 is holding open registration for the spring team tennis season through Monday. The CSRA Baseball Umpires Camp will take place Jan. 27 at Westside High School from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The camp will feature major league baseball umpires Marvin Hudson and Fieldin Culbreth and is open to the experienced amateur or beginning umpire. The Augusta Baseball Umpires Association is recruiting umpires for the 2007 high school season. Experience is a plus, but playing experience, a knowledge of the game and a desire to participate also help. Classroom and on-field training will be provided.
