Carlos Montrel Goodwin, 28, of the 100 block of Emily Way in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 29, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Jeffrey Alan McNevin, 28, of the 1100 block of Parkside Trail in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 12, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Lucretia Ann Burkhalter, 35, of the 4100 block of Powell Mill Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 15, 2006, and was fined $810.

Jose Mendez Cadena, 24, of the 100 block of E. Robinson Avenue in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 24, 2006, and was fined $810.

Adrian Miguel Calix, 32, of the 500 block of Sandy Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 15, 2006, and was fined $810.

Jacquelin Gales Kelly, 40, of the 3500 block of Mistletoe Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 6, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fine $810.

Sandra Dianne Roberson, 58, of the 200 block of Anneswood Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 12, 2006, and was sentenced to 36 months probation and was fined $1,274.

Marilyn Astrid Huff, 32, of the 200 block of Paschal Street in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 19, 2006, and was sentenced to 24 months and was fined $860.
