Navy man returns

Henry T. Gibson, a member of a detachment of the Photographic Squadron 62, and aviation ordinance man second class, United States Navy, has returned to Sanford, Fla., from an overseas assignment in the Mediterranean.

The photo squadron is based at the U.S. Naval Auxiliary Station in Sanford, Fla., and does mapping and reconnaissance missions.

Gibson, who attended Evans High School before entering the Navy in 1941, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Gibson of Evans and the husband of Frances E. Gibson.
