Times change; 30 years ago, school paper couldn't review 'R' movie

Times change. Recently, I was thumbing through Greenbrier High School's Greenbrier Dispatch, the school newspaper. I came across a review of the movie Borat. The movie is not only "R" rated, but in the theater business we could call it a "hard R."

I can imagine me, back in 1976, turning in a movie review on another "hard R" movie, The Groove Tube, to my advisor on the Evans High School Roundtable. I honestly believe after Mrs. York had thrown an eraser at me, she would have passed out!

Yep, times certainly have changed.
