David Roper 'will make a find judge, and the voters should elect him'

This is to encourage voters to elect David Roper in Tuesday's Superior Court judge run-off election. Roper epitomizes integrity, honesty and compassion in his personal, business and community activities and I have come to have a deep respect for him.

I have personally witnessed Roper's uncanny ability to set aside the trivial and get to the center of any issue. Anyone who spends any time with Roper on any subject of conversation will quickly see that he listens first, listens closely and is fair-minded in rendering his own opinion or advice.

These qualities, along with his knowledge of the law and his compassion and caring for people, are things that we should look for in selecting a judge.

David Roper will make a fine judge and the voters should elect him.
