Comments on private life of late juvenile court judge 'sink to new low'

I read with much interest Barry Paschal's Nov. 19 column regarding Herbert Kernaghan and the juvenile court. It appears Paschal has sunk to all- time low with his assertion about Kernaghan's private life after the man is dead.

As in the McCarthy-Welch exchange: "Have you no sense of Decency?" Paschal fits in the McCarthy mold with his unfounded and blatant accusations. He appears to be in the same bed with informer and henchman Austin Rhodes with his yellow journalism.
