Harlem 44 Butler 6
Harlem tailbacks Trey Crain and Barry St. John rushed for more than 100 yards each in Harlem's final home game of the season. The home Bulldogs (3-6, 2-2) rushed for more than 307 yards homecoming night with four rushing touchdowns. Harlem's Esai Hatchett returned a Butler fumble for a touchdown, while Mike Leverett and Shelley Johnson combined for 10 tackles for losses on defense.
Glynn Academy 24 Evans 7
Playing at home for the last time this season, Evans (3-6, 2-6) trailed only 10-7 at halftime but was outscored 14-0 in the second half. Glynn Academy (6-3, 5-3), fighting for its playoff lives in the Region 3-AAAA standings, totalled 284 yards on the ground. Evans' Kevin Millward scored midway through the second quarter on a three-yard run for the Knights' lone touchdown.
Greenbrier 21 Wayne County 12
The Wolfpack ended the season on a positive note with a home region win over Wayne County. Greenbrier quarterback Nick Richards had a hand in all three touchdowns for the Wolfpack, including a 17-yard pass to Dylan Turner, a five-yard pass to Zack Boulineau and a 54-yard score on a quarterback keeper. The win was the final game of the year for Greenbrier who finished with a record of 4-6 overall and 4-5 in Region 3-AAAA play.
Effingham County 41 Lakeside 0
In the Panthers' final game of the year, Lakeside fell 41-0 at home. Panther quarterback Chad Chandler completed 7 of 12 passes for 65 yards and rushed for another 46 yards but Effingham County's run-happy offense totalled 292 yards rushing and five rushing touchdowns. The loss ended Lakeside's season with a 2-8 record overall and 1-8 finish in Region 3-AAAA play.
