James Frederick Driesen, 29, of the 400 block Creek Ridge in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence June 10, 2006, and was fined $810.

Juventino Marquez, 62, of Pecan Grove in Portal, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 11, 2006, and was fined $810.

Ellen Marie Barefield, 20, of the 100 block of Glenora Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence July 23, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $810.

Robbie Ann Poole, 41, of the 1300 block of Carl Drive in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence July 13, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Angela Michelle Kelley, 36, of the 200 block of Sioux Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence July 14, 2006, and was fined $810.

Michelle McCutcheon, 35, of the 4600 block of Hickory Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence July 31, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

James Keith Hart Jr., 23, of the 400 block of Creekside Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence June 3, 2006, and was fined $810.

Marvin Cooley Jr., 59, of Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 30, 2006, and was fined $810.

Gary Allan Ostby, 37, of the 100 block of Springlakes Circle in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Patrick Alexander Willingham, 19, of the 200 block of Sarah Creek Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence June 28, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Roberto Bello Ortiz, 35, of the 2500 block of Center West Parkway in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 16, 2006, and was fined $750.

Whitney Blake Nappier, 20, of the 200 block of Crystal Peak Drive in Graniteville, was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 5, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.
