Jessie James Roberts Jr., 37, of the 4200 block of James Drive in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on May 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $885.

Joshua Michael Robinson, 18, of the 4200 block of Terrace Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on June 19, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $885.

Sandra Maria Burley, 31, of the 2800 block of Lumpkin Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 15, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $885.

Duncan Brown Engram, 32, of the 300 block of Farmington Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on June 7, 2006, and was sentenced to 24 months of probation and fined $835.

Timothy Dewayne Fielder, 23, of the 100 block of Forest Clary Drive in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on March 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Rhonda Jacqueline Spurlock, 44, of the 200 block of Fairfax Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on July 14, 2006, and was fined $810.

Johnny Joe Dinkins, 28, of the 3800 block of Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 26, 2006, and was fined $1,224.

Hector Morales Alvares, 24, of the 4600 block of Renee Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on July 25, 2006, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Jeremiah Abercrombie, 31, of the 400 block of Bradleyville Road in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 27, 2006, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jonathan Joseph Kaune, 24, of the 6000 block of Foster Way in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on July 14, 2006, and was fined $1,224.

Julia L. Clark, 20, of the 2400 block of Brentwood Place in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 10, 2004, and was fined $810.

James Earl Williams, 44, of the 100 block of Cyndee Circle in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 10, 2006, and was fined $810.

Ronnie Lamar Millican, 49, of the 800 block of Highland Avenue in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on July 22, 2006, and was fined $810.

Glenn Paul Davis, 56, of the 1900 block of Satcher Boulevard in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on July 21, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $835.

Alan Lewis, 41, of the 3500 block of Ray Owens Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on July 20, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $810.

Juan Carlos Malpica, 38, of the 100 block of Juanita Road in Aiken, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 20, 2006, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Joseph Patterson Gibbs, 21, of the 1400 block of Lone Oak Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 3, 2006, and was fined $810.

Gwendolyn Adrein Rhodes, 26, of the 3900 block of Glenwood Downs Lane in Decatur, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 5, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $835.
