Corey Stewart Brush, 20, of the 6200 block of Columbia Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 31, 2005, and was fined $810.

Courtney Darrell Nesbitt, 45, of the 4100 block of South Allendale Court in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 29, 2004, and was fined $810.

George Clay Hughes, 45, of the 400 block of West Avenue in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 5, 1987, and was fined $810.

Cala Laree Remillard, 29, of the 200 block of Hightower Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 17, 2006, and was fined $810.

Robin Hatcher Hill, 45, of the 300 block of Forrest Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 22, 2006, and was fined $810.

Lee Ashley Davis, 46, of the 600 block of Stevens Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 3, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Bobby Ray Hamilton III, 22, of the 4000 block of Spencer Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 25, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Richard Thomas Gregalunas, 36, of the 100 block of Dresden Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 20, 2004, and was fined $1,224.

Robert Wayne Johnson, 59, of the 1500 block of Boneville Road in Boneville, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on June 16, 2006, and was fined $810.

Sergei Anatolyevich Kirov, 41, of the 4400 block of Ferry Landing in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on June 18, 2006, and was fined $810.

Ashley Hope Howard, 21, of the 700 block of Huntington Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on June 17, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

John Gerald Mooney, 55, of the 900 block of Halali Farm Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 25, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Bobby Lee Leverett, 42, of the 5500 block of Leapard Lane in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on June 24, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Lillian Dannelle Fairburn, 50, of the 6400 block of Washington Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on June 16, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Angel Anastacio Pacheco Ovalle, 24, of Columbia Street in Wentworth, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence on July 15, 2006, and was fined $705.

Joe Frank Hendrixson Jr., 39, of the 400 block of Blueridge Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 23, 2006, and was fined $810.

Larry Sketoe, 50, of the 5800 block of Old Augusta Highway in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on July 15, 2006, and was fined $810.

Adam Thomas Rolland, 41, of the 5700 block of Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on July 9, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Larry Michael Slover, 34, of the 6000 block of Dairy Court in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 10, 2004, and was fined $1,224.
