Patriotic concert

Church of the Holy Comforter will sponsor a concert of patriotic music by the Savannah River Winds at 5 p.m. June 25 at Savannah Rapids Pavilion, 3330 Evans to Locks Road, followed by a barbecue dinner. The concert is free; call (706) 210-1133 for barbecue tickets.

Worship series

Faith Community Ministry, Inc., a mission project of Macedonia Baptist Church, holds a summer worship series at 9-10 a.m. each Sunday at the Jabez Sanford Hardin Performing Arts Center at the Columbia County Library, Evans. Sunflower festival
