Riverview United Methodist Church, 1244 Furys Ferry Road, Evans, is adding a 9 a.m. service on Sundays starting June 4.
Sunday school is held at 10 a.m. with the regular service at 11 a.m.
Teen speaking class
The University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service will offer the Toastmaster Teen Leadership Program for students today, Thursday and Friday and on May 31, and on June 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 at Savannah Rapids Pavilion.

Alzheimer's seminar

New library hours
Columbia County's main library in Evans will have extended hours beginning June 8. The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and 2-5 p.m. Sunday. For information, call (706) 863-1946.
