Mac user group

Lifeguard training

The American Red Cross of Augusta will hold lifeguard training classes in May at Jewish Community Center, 898 Weinberger Way, Evans. Classes will be held from 3:30-7:30 p.m. May 22-26, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 27. Call (706) 724-8481, ext. 211.

Golf tourney

The Fatz Cafe's third annual Spring Golf Classic, a fundraiser for the Jenny Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund, will begin with a shotgun start with unlimited range balls and lunch from 10 a.m. to noon today at the Bartram Trail Golf Club, followed by a shotgun start.
