School system fails to listen to advice from experienced bus drivers
Editor: After reading both of Barry Paschal's recent comments, "Splitting baby isn't very wise" and "Making nice on tough issue," I must agree with the fact that the board members should leave the school calendar and the educating of our children to the people who know best, and that is the teachers.

Current Events
The Lakeside High School spring dessert theater, a chorus fund-raiser featuring desserts, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 p.m. Friday at the high school auditorium. Tickets cost $5 in advance at the school or from a chorus student, or $6 at the door. LHS faculty and children under 3 are admitted free.
