James Thomas Gibbs, 67, of the 4900 block of Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 16, 2002, and was fined $1,163.

Keaton Elise Crowe, 19, of the 4700 block of Red Leaf Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 1, 2006 and was fined $810.

David Anthony Middleton, 44, of the 2300 block of Amsterdam Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 23, 2006 and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Bryon Keith Gilbert, 24, of the 300 block of Caldwell Circle in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 7, 2005 and was fined $1,224.

Joseph Charles Sealy Jr., 19, of the 300 block of Deerwood Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 6, 2006 and was fined $810.

Clinton Cody McPherson, 21, of the 300 block of Ridge Crossing in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 3, 2005 and was sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $835.

Willie Roy Ewing, 31, of the 3200 block of Hillsview Court in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $835.

Adrian Jose Romero, 18, of the 300 block of Oakleaf Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 15, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $835.

Michael George Alexander, 20, of the 4200 block of Grewen Ivey Circle in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 16, 2005 and was fined $810.

Leonard Sienkiewicz, 52, of the 700 block of Bugg Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb 28, 2006 , and was fined $810.
