Jason Allen Williams, 20, of the 1900 block of McDade Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 23, 2005. He was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Shun Maurice Cummings, 25, of the 1400 block of Dallas Drive in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 1, 2006, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $810.

Johnnie Albert Maxwell, 58, of the 4500 block of Colonial Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 31, 2005, and was fined $810.

Gregory Turman, 37, of the 4200 block of Wheeler Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 3, 2005, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Michael Brown Holmes, 24, of the 2500 block of Eureka Road in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Meredith Leigh Pope, 26, of the 800 block of Sparkleberry Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 26, 2006, and was fined $810.

Gene Neal Mann, 47, of the 100 block of Mockingbird Lane in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 6, 2005, and was fined $810.

Sammie Lee Jackson, 45, of the 6400 block of Ridge Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 7, 2006, and was fined $810.

Cecil Rex Hunsinger, 60, of the 4400 block of Shadowood Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 30, 2005, and was fined $810.

John Christopher Adcox, 44, of the 4100 block of Clinton Way East in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 24, 2005, and was fined $810.

Ryan Alexander Price, 28, of the 4100 block of Mullikin Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 9, 2006, and was fined $835.

James Mitchell Smith, 43, of the 4600 block of Highway 220 East in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 21, 2006, and was fined $810.

Justin Blake Anderson, 20, of the 100 block of Crystal Creek Lane in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 11, 2005, and was fined $810.

Michele Clark Marshall, 36, of the 300 block of Farmington Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 22, 2006, and was fined $810.

Beverly P. Broadwater, 39, of the 100 block of Rivera Road in Aiken, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 23, 2005, and was fined $810.

Paul Franklin Tindall, 47, of the 200 block of South Old Belair Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 19, 2005. He was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $835.

Robert Lee Roberts Jr., 33, of the 2400 block of Oak Ridge Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 24, 2005. He was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $1,249.

Kenneth Lamar Adkins, 42, of the 500 block of Brandermill Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 5, 2006, and was fined $810.

Marcus Brent Valentine, 39, of the 800 block of Pawley Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 7, 2005, and was fined $810.

Mitchell Allen Anderson, 20, of the 100 block Knotty Pine Drive in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 2, 2005, and was fined $810.

Lee Murphey Harden, 34, of the 2900 block of Louisville Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 30, 2006, and was fined $810.

Dawn Allison S. Jacobs, 32, of the 500 block of Calbrieth Way in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence March 5, 2005, and was fined $785.

Charlie Willie Walker, 38, of the 1700 block of Mary Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 28, 2006. He was sentenced to 20 months' probation and fined $810.
