Scouts sell cookies

Harlem Brownie Troop 54 and Girl Scout Troop 145 are busy this week selling Girl Scout cookies.

There are still mint and sandwich cookies available. All sales must be in by Saturday, and anyone wishing to buy cookies may contact Mrs. Robert Waldron at 5-6545.

New minister

The women of Evans Presbyterian Church, on Feb. 5 gave a reception for the new minister and family, Rev. and Mrs. Julian Stennis and their son, Roderick, 12, and daughter Donna, 10, who moved into the Manse on Belair Road from Linden, Ala.

Citizens of Tomorrow

This week's Citizens of Tomorrow are Dale Austin Rogers and Richard Allen Rogers, children of Jean Rogers of Harlem, and Christie Veneklasen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Berend Veneklasen of Appling.
