Free booster seats

Safe Kids of East Central Georgia will give away 100 booster seats from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Milton Ruben Chevrolet, 3516 Washington Road. The free seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. For information, call 721-7606.

DivorceCare

The DivorceCare recovery and support group will begin meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of North Augusta, and will meet at the same time each Wednesday for 13 weeks. Child care will be provided. For information, call (803) 819-9021.

Benefit concert

Recording artist Terri Gibbs will perform a free concert at 7 p.m. Friday at Bethesda Baptist Church, 5793 Old Augusta Highway, between Grovetown and Harlem. Donations will go to missionaries attending World Changers. For information, call 556-6818.

Lenten mission

St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church will hold its Lenten Mission at 7 p.m. March 6-8 at the church campus at 4921 Columbia Road. The speaker will be the Rev. Miguel Grace de Peralta. Nursery service will be provided to those with reservations. For information, call 863-4956.
