Charles Bruce Tomes Jr., 60, of the 5000 block of Clay Hill Road in Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 26, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

John Steven Sharpe Jr., 17, of the 700 block of Cooper Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 1, 2005, and was fined $810.

Thomas Michael Hadden, 45, of the 4500 block of Aylesbury Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 31, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $1,249.

Vanisha S. Underwood, 33, of the 2600 block of Billings Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 26, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $810.

Allen Wade Appleby Jr., 19, of the 200 block of Stevens Creek Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 16, 2006, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Eric Michael Brandt, 18, of the 4600 block of La Pointe Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 12, 2005, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Aloyse Joseph Snyder Jr., 44, of the 200 block of New Petersburg Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 17, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Mathew Ludwig Lockard, 30, of the 500 block of North Turkey Creek Road in Liecester, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 24, 2004, and was fined $785.

Felipe Tecpile-Salas, 40, of the 2500 block of Center West Parkway in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 21, 2006, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Charles Anthony Balsimo, 34, of the 4900 block of Washington Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 21, 2006, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Damiano Esposito, 43, of the 1000 block of Waltons Pass in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 11, 2005, and was fined $810.
