New traffic signal
A new traffic signal installed on North Belair Road at Ronald Reagan Drive will operate on flash for the remainder of the week, then go into full operation Tuesday. The speed limit on that section of North Belair will be reduced to 35 mph.

Columbia County Chamber of Commerce will hold its first annual meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at Savannah Rapids Pavilion. The event will honor chamber volunteers and name a small-business person of the year and the first Lifetime Achievement Award winner.
