Leo Junior Grantham, 64, of the 1900 block of Smith Crawford, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 6, 2005, and was sentenced to 20 months' probation and fined $810.

Nan Stewart King, 49, of the 2300 block of County Camp Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $1,249.

Efren Ruizbarron, 36, of the 300 block of Kings Bridge Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 24, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Stephen Michael Wigginton, 21, of the 2300 block of Neal Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 16, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $835.

Johnnie David Rogers, 58, of the 500 block of Wessex Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 19, 2005, and was fined $810.

Chavis Detrick Petty, 21, of the 2000 block of Dunham Court in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 12, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Tony Randall Mock, 39, of the 4600 block of Holly Hill Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $1,249.
