Directions: Washington Road west past William Few Parkway, Tubman Road and Rosemont Road. The home is on the left across from M and M Road in Appling.

What the display includes: Lots of lights on the house, bushes and yard, inflatables, and lots of lighted lawn ornaments, including sets of reindeer

Why do you do the light display each year, and how many years have you set up the display?

"Every year for Christmas I do it,'' Mrs. Burns said. "I just love decorating for Christmas. I just love it. I love decorating for my children, my grands, my great-grands and other people who want to see it."

Have you ever gotten comments on your display?

"Yes, I get a heap of them,'' Mrs. Burns said. "I sure do. They slow down and sometimes they holler at me. I've had people to leave a card on my mailbox telling me how they like it."

What is your favorite part of the light display?

"My favorite part is decorating. ... I just like doing it ... Decorating and putting all my reindeer out. I love to put my reindeer out and my Santa Claus. I do all that. And put my lights out."

What is your favorite light display?

"I love going to look at a heap of them. I sure do. I love the one in Martinez (on Flintrock Way). I love that one."
