Donations sought
Boy Scouts of America Pack 620 will march in the Martinez-Evans Christmas Parade on Dec. 4 in support of Toys for Tots. The boys will march alongside a float carrying toys they have collected, and they will collect toys from spectators and give them to Toys for Tots.

Pioneer Christmas
Mistletoe State Park in Winfield will celebrate A Pioneer Christmas from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 10 at the beach area of the park. The event will feature artisans and vendors in period costume and demonstrations including soap and rug making, spinning and carding wool, basket making and wood carving, along with storytellers and donkey cart rides for children.
