Philip Anthony Tapley Jr., 21, of the 1100 block of Hartford Trail in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 7, 2004, and was fined $810.

Jonathan Paul Leverett, 25, of the 400 block of Halifax Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 1, 2004, and was fined $750.

Russell Frederick Biggam III, 34, of the 3000 block of Parrish Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $835.

Osric Deonn Adams, 18, of the 6100 block of New Peachtree Road in Lithonia, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 2, 1998, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jeffery Armond Parrish, 47, of the 100 block of Silver Maple Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 6, 2005, and was fined $810.

Amanda Lee Harpole, 18, of the 2100 block of Whaley Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 10, 2005, and was fined $810.

Andrew Nicholus Tubbs, 26, of the 100 block of Woodhaven Drive in Clarks Hill, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 8, 2005, and was fined $810.

Gabriel Anthony Maybank, 20, of the 800 block of Ginger Court in Fort Gordon, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 10, 2005, and was fined $810.

Sharon Lee Bullard, 42, of the 200 block of Pecan Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 5, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Shaun A. Castillo, 24, of the 4500 block of Eisenview Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 9, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Clarence Irvin Hyatt II, 18, of the 3700 block of Tailboard Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Charles Edward Reese, 35, of the 100 block of West Street in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $810.

Bruce Clayton Hillis, 26, of the 4100 block of Allison Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 4, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Deborah Simone Holmes, 46, of the 2900 block of Arrowhead Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 15, 2005, and was fined $810.
