Rotary site change
The Rotary Club of Columbia County West will meet at noon Tuesday in the Culinary Arts dining room at Harlem High School. The Drama Department will perform selected parts of See How They Run, the play the students will perform in state competition. Garden seminar
The Columbia County Extension Service monthly Gardening at Lunch seminar will begin at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday at the Columbia County Government Complex Auditorium in Evans. Extension Agent Sid Mullis will discuss dividing perennials. For information, call 868-3413.
Veterans observances
Brookwood Elementary School will hold a Veterans Day program at 9 a.m. Tuesday, including music from the 434th U.S.Army Signal Corps Band Quintet.
The CSRA-Augusta Veterans Day Parade will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in downtown Augusta, beginning at Sacred Heart Cultural Center and ending on Broad and Fourth streets at the All Wars Monument.
The Lakeside High School Wind Symphony will perform a Veterans' Day Concert at 7 p.m. Friday at Warren Baptist Church.
Art in the Barn II
The Artists' Guild of Columbia County will present "Art in the Barn II," an art, music, wine and food, at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Riverwood Plantation Barn, 5123 Riverwood Parkway in Evans. Tickets will cost $10 at the door. For information, call Nancy Cannon at 854-8974 or go to artistguildcc.org.
