Members of CSRA Greyhound Adoptions Ray Rohling, Wes Weaver, Sam Fulton and Misty Torres attended Beach Bound Hound 2005, a four-day annual event at Myrtle Beach, S.C. The event was attended by more than 300 greyhounds and their owners.

Starr Crawford, above, along with Richard Lee, Betty Jean Hall, Tony White and his daughter-in-law, Adara White, rode motorcycles in July to the annual rally in Sturgis, S.D., a round-trip of more than 4,000 miles. They spent the week visiting Sturgis; the Black Hills; the Badlands; Deadwood, where Wild Bill Hitchcock was shot; and the Little Big Horn; and they rode the Needles Highway, where part of the road is carved out of boulders.
