Kimberly Ann Inglett, 38, of the 4600 block of Windsor Spring Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence April 8, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $835.

Denise H. Malone, 46, of the 1300 block of Gordon Highway in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 14, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Matthew Bryan Jacobs, 25, of the 200 block of Bohler Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence July 29, 2005, and was fined $810.

Mukeshkumar K. Patel, 46, of the 1600 block of Gordon Highway in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 6, 2005, and was fined $810.

James Allen Goodwin, 50, of the 600 block of Will Allen Drive in Jackson, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 5, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Richard Darrell Harmon, 26, of the 400 block of Vaughn Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence July 31, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $810.

Nathaniel Lewis Maddox, 24, of the 4500 block of Bellingham Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence July 30, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $810.

Frankie Lee Shank, 28, of the 2700 block of Thomson Road in Washington, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 16, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and was fined $1,415.

David Wayne Jones, 53, of the 100 block of Shawns Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 6, 2005, and was fined $810.

Jacob Kent Miskelly, 21, of the 100 block of Londonberry Avenue in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 25, 2005, and was fined $810.

Thomas Lothar Marutschke, 27, of the 700 block of Stagecoach Road in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 20, 2005, and was fined $810.
