Flag certificate

Don Paul (left), of Grovetown, who retired from the Army as a major, receives the Sons of the American Revolution flag certificate from Russell K. Brown, the president of the William Few chapter of the organization. He was given the certificate for displaying his U.S. flag on all appropriate occasions.
