Jump for relief
Jumpin' Party Zone USA, 4495 Columbia Road in Martinez, will hold "Jump for Hurricane Relief" Thursday. The cost is $5 per child, with all proceeds donated to the American Red Cross. The sessions are 10-11:30 a.m. for ages 5-under; 1:30-3 p.m., 3-4:30 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. for all ages. Call 228-1819, or go to www.jumpinpartyzoneusa.com.
Goodwill donations
Goodwill stores will donate 10 percent of all sales from Saturdays in September to their Disaster Relief Fund. Store and donations locations can be found at www.goodwillworks.org.
Wesley collection
Wesley United Methodist Church, 825 N. Belair Road, is collecting items for delivery to hurricane victims the week of Sept. 19. Donations of new items can be dropped off at the church from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 9 a.m. to noon Friday; and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Knology donation
Knology will make a $10 donation to the American Red Cross for hurricane relief for every new customer connected during September. Knology also will set up collection sites for donations to victims.
Harlem donations
The city of Harlem is accepting donations for hurricane victims to be divided between Golden Harvest Food Bank and Red Cross. Donations can be made at Harlem City Hall, the City Annex Office, the Laurel and Hardy Museum and the Harlem Police Department.
