Golf tournament

The CSRA Women's Golf Association will hold is 43rd annual 54-hole golf tournament the week of Sept. 12.

The tournament begins Sept. 12 at The Reserve Club, continues Sept. 13 at Midland Valley Country Club and concludes Sept. 15 at Jones Creek Golf Club. For information, call (803) 278-6243.

Tennis tourney

Today at 6 p.m. is the deadline for entries for the 2005 Banana Open Tennis Tournament, which will held Friday through Sunday at Petersburg Racquet Club in Martinez.

There are divisions for men's and women's singles, doubles and mixed.

Winners from each division will qualify for the Banana Open Challenge in Hilton Head Island S.C., Oct. 7-9. For more information, call 860-9288.
